Stephen Edward Ambrose fue un prestigioso historiador y biógrafo estadounidense, reconocido por sus trabajos sobre los presidentes de EE.UU. Dwight Eisenhower y Richard Nixon, así como por su aporte al estudio de la historia militar y americana.
